TOOLING: fully automatic moulds designed and developed by CNC, EDM, LATHE & many more operations.

INJECTION MOULDING: The moulding shops have latest servo control injection moulding machines with facilities of computerized controls on temperature, pressure, flow & mould safety.

AUXILIARY EQUIPMENTS: The servo control moulding machines loaded with hoper loaders & hoper dryers to pre-heat & dehumidified plastic granules, to deliver precision products.

ULTRASONIC WELDING: we have ultrasonic welding machines with Capacity up to 2 KW. We weld our Components on accurate frequency & consistent air pressure.

SECONDARY OPERATIONS: The machine shops have Lathe Machines, with Drilling machines, tapping attachment, to do secondary machining.
